I've been reading some new types of blogs lately. Those by politicos and old friends mostly. The thing I'm noticing is how much negativity there is out there (shocking, I know). When someone puts out a new idea it is often slammed with a comment about how they are "wrong" or "that won't work."
This is because most ideas are born underdogs.
They come into this world with no protection. No strength of their own. No (or little) support. That's why so many die young.
With this in mind, I'd encourage you to read the Change This manifesto about "Ideacide." It offers some practical tips to keeping ideas alive.
