Why your meetings suck.

1. They're pointless.
2. They're dull.
3. They resolve nothing.
4. They don't harness the power of multiple minds.
5. You won't shut-up.
6. They take too long.
7. They're way too short to accomplish anything.
8. Too many people attend.
9. None of the right people attend.

There are many more, of course. Those are just off the top of my head. Here are a few things we can all do to make meetings better:

1. Have less of them.
2. Hold the meeting standing up.
3. Serve fresh fruit instead of doughnuts.
4. Move fast.
5. Have an agenda.
6. Make decisions.
7. Have someone who is not "in charge" run them.
